Great customer service

I purchased the package butler, it arrived quickly . But it arrived damaged, I emailed the support email address images of how it arrived. They refunded me the amount and explained they could not replace it because they had no inventory, but also explained they will be having a new version released soon.

It didn’t work.

Item didn’t work it in few pieces when I received it. Not all was lost I did get full refund for trouble. I’ll def be looking getting one new models coming out this fall. Thanks for addressing the problem I had in Timely manor that makes ppl want come back n purchase more products.
